On the other hand, if you access from the Live Nation mobile app, the code to use is “COVERT”. Meanwhile, the pre-sale code for Citibank is “412800”.

To register for the pre-show, you must enter your Ticketmaster credentials. After that, you will receive an email confirmation with your pre-sale code and other details.
Registration closes Sunday, January 22nd at 11:59 PM (EST). The pre-sale code you receive via email can only be used if you complete the payment with a Citibank card.
Once you receive your code and have your Citibank card ready, you will be able To participate in the presentation that will start on January 26th (12 PM to 11:59 PM EST).
The presale for Citibank members will begin January 25th at 12 noon (EST). Meanwhile, direct ticket sales will begin on January 27 at 12 noon (EST).
